Validate Enquiry Data based on brand-specific rules before Save in table. -- 1 Day D. Error Handling and Write Log of responses and error. -- 0.5 Day E. Save Data in tables like Enquiry, Enquiryprocess, customercontact, agenttaskmanager etc. -- 1 Day F. Follow all current rules and process which are using currently in creating enquiry from CRM. -- 0.5 Day we have checked thw whole process and not found any bug. it can be an human error. checked production db also and not found any other recurrence like this there. we will look into this closely if it occur in future. We have thoroughly checked the entire process and did not find any bugs. It appears to be a human error. We also checked the production database and found no other occurrences of this issue. We will monitor the situation closely and investigate further if it happens again in the future.
