An 'Internal Conversation' tab should appear on the Quotes when viewing enquiry.
Tab name should be 'Internal Communication'.
'Internal Conversation' tab position after 'Product' TAB.
Below filed should appear on 'Internal Communication' TAB.

'Send Email Notifications to All'

All modules users name should appear in 'Send Email Notifications to All'. A left user also appears.
[L] mark should appear with agent name if an agent is left.
In-active users should not appear in 'Send Email Notifications to All'.
An internal conversation should be sent to selected users.
Sent and Reply conversation history should appear in 'Internal Communication' TAB.

Conversation reply should be sent to Sales MGT and an agent if agent user on Holiday and DayOff.
Conversation reply should be sent to Sales MGT if agent user on Left and In-active.
If an agent is not left, In-active, Holiday, and DayOff then reply should appear to an agent, not to Sales MGT.

Module name should appear in email subject and other content where need module name.
Lead OH Ref number should appear in the sent conversation.
MyQuote read notification should be come on to sent an agent with OH Ref and customer name.
MyQuote reply notification should be come onto sent and agent.
