A Journey Status task should be run every morning by the scheduler. Journey Status email should be sent daily basis at 3 PM. When customer Journey Status only 'JUST RETURNED' and Enquiry return date is less than System current date then A email should be sent to the customer by the scheduler. A questionnaire hyperlink should be sent in the email. Once questionnaire email sent to client then should not sent again questionnaire email to customer. When clicking on the questionnaire hyperlink then the link should be redirected to below subdomain: https://review.oceanholidaysmail.com Questionnaire page should be responsiveness for all device. 5 questions should have on questionnaire page same as mentioned by Pooja in the attached document on the card. 4 question (1 to 4) should have a free text-based and 5th question should be grade scale based. Textboxs should be editable for 1 to 4 number question. What is the word limit should be 1000 word? 0 – 10 slider/ radio button selector option should appear for question 5. Radio button should be selectable. Only 1 radio button should be select. When trying to select another radio button the already select radio button should be un-selectable. 2 success page should have for submitting an answer. It should be dependent on Last (5) question option. If client rating equal or less then 7 number then should appear SUCCESS-PAGE-Z (Success Page 1) to the client after complete the online questionnaire. If client rating equal or more then 8 number then should appear SUCCESS-PAGE-X (Success Page 1) to the client after complete the online questionnaire. Success Page 1 and 2 template should be same as mentioned by Pooja in the attached document on the card. Will all question mandatory? When it's already complete survey and trying to submit more time then should appear THANKYOU page to the client. Questionnaire result should be saved in 'QQUESTIONNAIRE'tab on contact Record page. Answer of the questions should appear on 'QQUESTIONNAIRE'tab when clicking on view icon.
